I get that there’s an age difference between most of the forum members and OP, and that plays a pivotal role in body count, but this stuff really isn’t that complicated.
If she’s out of college (or 22+ yrs) and hasn’t hit double-digits, she is potentially still in the market for a husband one day. If she’s already in double-digits, then it’s probably best to not advance the relationship further.
^There is a strong inverse-relationship between number of previous partners a woman has, and how long their marriage lasts. (I’m a believer in not dating those who you wouldn’t marry)
@Fuchsfox911 get over the body count, this is a reasonable number and she clearly hasn’t been sleeping with the whole campus. Her previous partners were boyfriends, with the exception of the one dude that was lying… these are all reasonable. Were you dating all 7 of your partners? Did any of them even meet your parents?

I understand why @Andrewgen_Receptors said these men she had sex with were boyfriends; that is, they were not whimsical flings. But, my question is, what is up with this constant rotation of “boyfriends” (and now you) (yes, I used quotes for a reason) especially considering she is only nineteen? And again, I ask this based on experience.

Perhaps she or someone else can explain what the roles of these boyfriends were besides horny young men who wanted to have sex with her.
I had 2 serious girlfriends in high school. Thots wanted to fuck, but I didn’t lose my virginity until 21 with a girl that was my fiancé.
I wasn’t a pious or good person by any means. I was terrified of getting a girl pregnant at a young age and ruining my plan / bringing a kid into the world without the means to care for it while not even being able to provide for myself.

What is the role of any boyfriend outside of the sexual marketplace?
I guess I’m not seeing why or how you expect justification as to why teenagers have boyfriends/girlfriends… The only discernable difference between dating and marriage is a legal document with a ring.

I’m very much in your way of thinking on this usually but 3 isn’t really substantial enough to be thinking about the roles boyfriends had or whatever.
Number 1 can be wanting to grow up too fast, peer pressure, naivety etc etc
Number 2 can be that perceived first love that often times doesn’t work out
Number 3 is getting over him or a new boyfriend
Being number 4 is nothing to qualm about I feel.
Those happening by the age of 19 is perfectly reasonable. If by 20 that becomes 6, by 21 it becomes 9, in the 20s by 25 and so on… that’s when questions are to be asked if it doesn’t fit into what the individual man’s standards are. I believe that women should have the right to sleep around as much as they like, as long as they can accept accountability of what it might cause in terms of mate selection later on
