Hi Ladies,
I’m new to T-Nation and very fascinated with women’s bodybuilding. It brings me great pleasure to see there are many of you here to learn from.

Hey Ladies!
I’m new to this site and so far I’m in love! I compete in pling, mostly bench only meets at this time (only because it comes so easy for me). I am so excited about this forum. No one understands why I lift so heavy, but I know that you ladies will. Right now I’m benching 185lbs raw (without a bench shirt) and I compete at a bwt of 123lbs. My next pling meet is in March of 2008. Do any of you strong ladies have any pling meets coming up soon?

This is the best thing to hit T-Nation in 2007.

Thank you!! And yes, I wouldn’t mind at all posting my numbers if you or anyone else is interested. Would that be appropriate for this thread?

I think c. wants you to actually start a thread detailing your training. You could name it “I Kick Freakin Ass” or something equally benign like that. ![]()

I agree with sic, you should start your own thread. We would all be very interested in the details of your training, and how you came to reach this goal.
What federation do you compete in?
Hmmmm…
Gonna have to get Mrs. Nordikelt posting around here. It’ll be good for her to have someone other than me pushing her and rooting for her.
Ok, I’ll start a training log here. I am so happy that you guys are interested!!
As for what Fed I compete in:
I hold NC records in USAPL, AAU and 100%RAW. I was on the USA World Bench Press Team this year. We competed in Denmark and the Women took home 1st place! I took 6th in the World, not bad for only competing for 2 years. My goal is 200lb raw! (drug free of course)
Thanks again for your support and encouragement!

I think all of the women on this thead enjoy reading about women who lift heavy. It
inspires us all to push ourselves.
