My lats are developing wayyy faster than everything else, so I am scaling back (Slightly) on my upper back width workouts. Concentrating more on rhomboids, erectors etc…

Ok Tbol only today and started supping 5000IU of vitamin D as well, and stumbled upon about 50 Androgel Paks.
Expired last month but I am sure they are fine! Rubbed a pak on and headed to gym.

Felt great today, didn’t over do it, but front delts got pounded hard and with very little rest I was swollen like a bee sting when i got finished. Great vascularity in my front delts too, I like the way the plate raises get the vessels full of blood, it’s vain I know, but it’s pretty fucking cool!

Didn’t get to do legs yesterday ended up buying an SUV, as hauling dogs around in a G35 wasn’t cutting the mustard. Will be hitting them today.

I have been doing way too many reps on damn near everything.
Time to enjoy the strength and start working smarter.
4-6 rep range from here on out on all compounds. I am looking the way I want to, but need another 9lbs or so.
Legs Today - I tried the low reps high weight and although I wasn’t as tired at the end I put up some decent numbers.
I always warm up with Abduction and Adduction machines or I feel a horrible pulling in the groin when squatting.

I have decided to up the Deca to the (2mg per 1lb of body weight) 460ish… just going straight to 500mg Deca & 750mg Test. I have extra of both and it’s not enough for another cycle so… Putting the plunger down. I still have plenty of libido (almost too much), and while I kinda see what Deca Dick is. I’m pretty good with mind over matter so no problems thus far.

Wedding prep took me out of the gym today so I will be hitting chest tomorrow. Naked Weight this AM of 232.8.
It really seems that the days I don’t train I gai quite a bit more weight. Whereas on training days I am burning all of my calories and maintaining and maybe even losing a pound or two. How much more can I eat!?!?!?
I have been on here for a while but this is the first time I have really seen anyone keep people updated daily on how everything is going. I have been tossing the idea around for a while if I wanted to start a cycle and you are definitely getting me more interested to do it from seeing your gains from day to day.

149/132 - I’m surprised that didn’t trigger an ambulance to show up at the gym. I checked it 2 hours later and it was in check although a little higher than normal, but hey I’m at 500mg/Deca per week now, so…
I upped my Fishoils to 9 per day to help combat the high BP.

Throat is fucked~! I lost my voice on bachelor party due to sleep deprivation, jack daniels, and smokey bars, and some other recreational fun.
It’s slowly coming back… SLOWLY
Any ideas on how to get it back??? I am hydrating like a madman.

I dug 13 10" Diameter holes 30" Deep through red clay (hard as nails) with an old rusty post hole digger, in 92degree weather. So I guess since I can’t lift my arms, you could say I did shoulders. I was helping future father in law put 7’telephone poles in the back of his farm land. 22 more holes to go.
