That’s it, felt great but strength seemed really low. I mean throwing up 315 on bench should be a breeze.
It really didn’t even feel heavy it just didn’t come back up on it’s own.

Foam Roller Work

Ok I have heard of and am familiar with back pumps… But I (last night) experienced really uncomfortable Trap Pumps! Bad enough that I never fully fell asleep until after 5am, when I put a heating pad on them. Moreso left than right but both have a strange achey feeling, almost like a headache in the muscle itself.
Weird I know… Anyone have and ideas?? I also get pretty strong pain in the traps during EVERY workout regardless of what I am training. I used to think it was due to my wide grip on pushing motions like bench, but I now glue my elbows to my sides on bench, and I still experience it, though not as bad when I bench as it used to be. I rolled them out on foam roller today so we will see if sleep is any better.

eight post workout was 230.8

Still not gaining the weight that I thought I would with these compounds, but I feel what I am gaining is lean muscle and not much water. I’m still hovering in the 14’s in Bodyfat.

Trap pain has subsided a bit, although I am still hoping someone can elaborate on what might be causing it!?

Def having some nice gains and people are taking notice. A friend pointed out something that I’m damn near self-conscious about, and it happens on every cycle… My Lats get so wide that I look disproportionate. Lats, Quads, and Glutes grow fast every thing else seems to be a bit slower.

I would imagine that most will criticize this leg workout, but I changed it up a bit from the norm I have been doing squats, leg extensions, leg curls, etc… for years.

Weight post workout was 233.2

Weight at waking today was 231.8, so thus far we are at 11.8lbs of increased weight. I cannot complain, add this to that fact that I have not gained a full % of body fat yet and I am stoked.

I am thinking of increasing the Deca to 500/week and just inject it twice weekly with my Sust. I found the formula is “supposedly” 2grams per pound of bodyweight per week. Which would equal 460, I have extra so I will push to 500, unless someone has a good resason not to.!?

Libdio has been no problem at all, ED has been no problem at all. I honestly feel about the same as normal. Besides a good BJ makes it difficult to lose your iron. (And who couldn’t use a good excuse).

Strength hasn’t been insane yet, but I FEEL strong as on ox. My push pull type exercises just don;t seem to wear me out. Although 5 mins into cardio I feel like (in the words of Cortes) Delta Burke is sitting on my shoulders.

Today I injected 250 of sust in dorsal glute & 250 of Deca in other dorsal glute. A little stinging but nothing bad. Since then I have been working with Dogs all morning. I have a couple aggressive ones here for boot camp and they are fun to work with, plus a kite festival full of kids etc… so it’s a great oppurtunity to work with the dogs around those distractions.
BTW, I am a dog trainer…

Will hit some supplemental chest today at gym. More on that later.

I will take some progress shots next week. Getting a bit of a tan here too lately!
