*Fucked something up in left tricep doing these, I was swinging a bit on the 60’s and pulled something about 3.5" above the elbow on outside of arm, feels like small head of tricep. I will ice/ibuprofen tonight.

Arm was pretty tweaked so I tried to foam roll it… OUCH!!! Not a good idea just yet

Keeping calories high enough to keep gaining weight has really been difficult. I’ve lost the ability to keep adding weight to my frame. I need to push towards 6000 calories a day which is getting quite expensive just to see a daily or weekly increase.

Any ideas??? I’m supping with Fenugreek to keep appetite up and plowing through buffets enough to make a fat guy sweat.

I have also added 1ml of Cyp 250 to each injection so my current injects are

500mg Cyp/Week
500mg Sus/Week
500mg ND/Week

Shot with 1/2" 26guage needles yesterday, it was glute today, so I had to basically touch my toes to stretch the skin tight so I could bury the mosquito bite pin in. Obvioulsy I ran out of 1" Got more today.

I have felt crazy lethargic after eating mid-day and I’m guessing this has to be with how my insulin is spiking in synergy with the ass loads of test. Should I dial back a bit???

The lady has even noticed my whiney ass bitching about everything and not feeling like going to the gym, but once I get there I am pumped as hell to lift heavy. The Shotgun helps a whole lot! I swear by it and hate training without it.

Any advice?? I’m feeling drained as hell!

Well, due to lack of interest I chose to stop posting on this cycle, but it is coming to an end soon and wanted to mention some of the results. First off, I AM MARRIED ! Wedding went great and Randizo is happy.

I honestly cut back on cals about 3/4 through cycle. I was getting heavy and stronger yes but the waistline was starting to show a bit. My sweet spot is around 3800 calories to still build slow, steady, quality muscle. Since my last post I have hovered at 229lbs. 12.1% body fat (I def leaned out a lot) My definition is great, and my strength has continued to grow. I have about 3 weeks left and I will be just about tapered out.

Ending 1R Maxes as of today are:

Bench - 335
Squat - 465
Dead - 540
BTN Press - 245 Only listed this because I have had massive shoulder growth

I have def learned that I am great at training shoulders, traps, and back.
I learned in this cycle how to train my arms to grow, this has taken some time!!! I do love those drop, blast, reverse grip and drag curls!

My traps have nearly doubled in size, I believe mainly due to one exercise in particular that I rarely did before. Hell, I don’t even know what it’s called.
Basically you sit at the very edge of the bench or press chair, bend over a little past 60 degrees and row heavy dbells up and backward simultaneously, with wrists facing inward towards one another. It’s prob a variation of a shrug, but it targets massive peak in the traps that you see from the front. I would hammer them out at something like
70lbs X 10
85lbs X 7
100lbs X 5

Just as heavy as you can stand it and keep your grip. By the last set you should look like the incredible hulk transitioning. Crazy pump with a roadmap of veins on your front delys and up and over your traps.

Try it! You’ll be glad you did. Heavy is the key! I grunt like hell when doing it because it mashes your lungs to pull tat weight back.

Just read through this as I haven’t been around. Interesting that you mention your calorie sweet spot. Do you think concerns about your upcoming wedding and your appearance factored into your change in calories? I would think that while on cycle the focus wouldn’t be on slow and steady growth just growth. Do you think if you could eat 5000+ calories with a different ratio of fat/protein/carbs you would see faster gains with less body fat? Just some things that stood out to me.

I guess I’m asking whether you would do anything differently looking back at where you started. Often fun to look back and say “If only I’d”…

And I am surprised that you didn’t have more interest in your log. It was well documented at the start and measurable in the end. I would have thought some of the beginners to the forum would have taken the chance to ask questions. Anyway, look forward to seeing your final finish.

Awesome log man!! I’m excited to see your post-cycle pics. I may not have asked any questions or made comments but I’ve been following your log pretty closely. I’m actually about to head to the gym as I write this and am going to try that trap exercise. Lastly, congrats on the marriage!!

Are you running your adex at .5 or 1ml EOD?
