I’m liking the log. I’m on a similar cycle right now, so its nice to see what someone else is gaining and how they are training.[/quote]

Thanks bud, glad to know someone’s benefiting!

Would love some info on how to build trap height, and arm width as in lateral tricep head width

This is a pic from when I last did a cutting cycle…

There’s a good chance the sust you have is slightly contaminated if both you and and friend have problems with it. It may be worth getting a syringe filter, sealed sterile vials and re-filtering it into something clean.

As far as your traps, upright row (close grip), shrugs, face pulls.

I’m following along, just not writing much…

Thanks, I do all of those exercises, I have no prob building thickness in traps but adding height is my goal, making them more visible from the front.

Shoulders was today so I will post shoulder workout when I get back from store.

You know the most trap growth i ever got was while i did a lot of cleaning. Generally speaking most olympic lifters have very well developed traps. Speaking with one of my old strength coaches, the overall benefit from doing the full clean rather than just a pull there is no huge benefit from the entire clean action. So if you had the a platform available you could try incorporating a clean pull for an added trap exercise.

Cool idea man Thanks! I was the record holder on power cleans for years at my high school, beit 16 years ago. I am quite familiar with the lift. I will try it next shoulder workout.

Right Delt where Sust was shot still VERY sensitive and sore. I just sucked it up and kept lifting, it doesn’t feel to be any worse.

That’s it for now…

Ok great news today! No more Delt pain at all in either delt.
Today was Tbol, Test, and Deca. I shot dorsal glutes which went flawlessly. Def my favorite inj site.

Def hardness increase, as well as vascularity, although weight was down to 224.6 this morning. I did eat good yesterday so I’m not sure if maybe the fever had created this drop or the fact that i did add in about 40 mins of cardio in last workout?? Reagrdless, I am feeling good and ready to lift. I will post lifts for today a bit later.

Anyone opposed to 6 days a week training while on cycle? I am still getting 7+hours of sleep at night.
But, I would like to hear others thoughts on the matter, as I know rest is essential to the gains that I’m after.

Only sides I feel today are some slight back pumps, and I did notice the ariolas changing size again.
The back pupmps tend to subside when I drink high-taurine drinks.

Peace

Ok wow great day, felt like a beast at the gym, strength was through the roof, stamina was insane, almost no recovery time needed between sets. Blood Pressure after workout was ALARMING! 146/99 yes Ninety-Friggin Nine!
Granted this was directly post workout of the most intense i’ve worked in awhile.

Saturdays are supplemental lifting days, meaning i work on what i think is most lacking. Today I chose Bi’s.

Straight 48" Bar Standing Curls (No swing and slamming weight up as hard as I can with slow negative (maybe 2 secs) I call them blast reps, idk real name
Warmup 30lbs - 20 reps
70lbs - 12 reps
90lbs - 18 reps
110lbs - 12 reps

Hammer Strength Seated Preacher Curls
45lbs - 21 reps
55lbs - 18 reps
65lbs - 24 reps (no idea, just kicks in high gear i guess)

Standing Cable Hammer Curls w/ Rope
I do these because of extended range of motion really gets forearms burning
50lbs 3 sets to failure (Deep Burning in Bi’s By this point)

Standing Pinwheel Curls w/ single hand rope
20lbs 3 sets to failure each arm

Standing Hammer Curls w/ single rope Facing Backwards to hit forearms hard
20lbs 3 sets to failure each arm
(Seriously I am dropping last rep and finding a seat fast on every set, the burn/pump is getting road map vascular and fire in the hole.

Chinups - Bi’s were pretty smoked but wanted to get some good negatives so I used a bit of weight offset
offset 50lbs 12 reps, 4 second negative & blast up
offset 30lbs 10 reps, "
No Offset 4 reps, same negative

Seriously starting to look like a cartoon character to my gym mates at this point.

Was going to finish but decided to burn them out and attempt to do 100 reps in 5 sets wide grip with 45lb barbell, no not in the squat rack  Full extension down and blast up. Found good song on Ipod with good steady tempo.

Bis were literally pumping painfully, that great pain that makes you realize you don’t ever train hard enough, because you don’t feel this everytime.

Entire workout was done in about 30 minutes. No more than 30 sec rest between sets and no more than the time it took to put up weights and move to next exercise between exercises.

Blood Pressure Scared me, should I be worried or just check again at rest???

Post workout weight was 233.4, again gym scale is prob 2lbs heavy, but damn i woke up aat 224.6 this morning!

No fever, feeling good, and ready for the ninjas!

Waking weight of 226.4 and will be taking today off from training.
Just Tbol and Adex today.

Nice job on the log. Keep up the good work.

Waking Weight 225.5
Just Tbol today, will be training Chest & Tri’s today
