New Business Failures

So Medicare-For-All will cost more?

Why would I be hurt? You can’t properly reply to other posters and you think we should accept your interpretation of complex topics. Get the fuck outta here.

Almost certainly, yes.

If this is your goal then you do a shitty fucking job at it

I was going to comment on this too, but what’s the point? He sees us as opponents
What a shitty attitude to have on a message board designed to facilitate conversations. What a twat.

will be implemented and sustained, these cost estimates essentially represent a lower bound. To
ease the interpretation of these estimates, the following simplification of the calculations is
provided in table 1, using the year 2022 as an example. Table 2 (page 7) provides further details
of the 10-year estimates.
Table 1. Effects of M4A in 2022
Individual effect of M4A Cost of individual effect
2022 currently projected personal healthcare spending $3.859 trillion

  • healthcare utilization increase + $435 billion
    – provider payment cuts – $384 billion
    – lower prescription drug costs – $61 billion
    = 2022 personal healthcare spending under M4A = $3.849 trillion
2022 currently projected national health expenditures (NHE) $4.562 trillion
    – decreased personal health spending ($3.859T – $3.849T, per above) – 10 billion
    – administrative cost savings – $83 billion
    = 2022 NHE under M4A $4.469 trillion
2022 federal share of NHE under M4A $4.244 trillion
    – currently projected federal health subsidies – $1.709 trillion
    = net addition to 2022 federal costs under M4A = $2.535 trillion
As shown in table 1, US personal healthcare spending is currently projected to be
$3.859 trillion in 2022. Enacting M4A would increase healthcare utilization by covering the
previously uninsured, by eliminating cost-sharing for those already insured, and by increasing
the range of health services covered. These effects are estimated to add $435 billion to national
healthcare spending. The plan would sharply cut payments to providers, subtracting $384
billion, and has also been credited with $61 billion in lowered prescription drug costs.
Combining these effects results in projected personal health spending in 2022 of $3.849
trillion, a slight net decrease of $10 billion.

So why did Blahous include this?

Why in God’s name would you copy a portion of a paper which states there should not be regulation of the market to make an argument against deregulation of the market?

So these are the only taxes that ought to be considered?

It’s an additional 3.2 TRILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR.

Per
Fucking
Year

It’s over 10% of GDP in ADDITIONAL COSTS. Per YEAR.

And this?

A slight DECREASE!

You get a clue.

You posted an article talking about cheaper single payer that went on to describe it being more expensive in the first line of the abstract.

You shouldn’t use the phrase ‘get a clue’ when you can’t even read

So you adopt what works and disregard what doesn’t.

The Sandinistas were Marxist-Leninists, which formed the base, and was the main influence for Mao Zedong’s policies. Someone like you will simply gloss over this part since they all have “similar traits”.

So this is justification for Regan to break the law? Can’t have a successful socialist country in our backyard. Can’t allow the public to be aware of another way. Got to keep the establishment happy.

To show total healthcare costs (in a vacuum) could be a whopping $10B lower IF the government cuts payments to healthcare professions by more than 40% and IF the cost savings projection is accurate.

This, as I’m sure you’re aware, does not take into consideration the impact eliminating private insurance and reducing healthcare payout by 40% will have on the economy.

It’s less than a 4% decrease IF EVERY SINGLE ESTIMATE IS ACCURATE (lolololololol) AND THEY CUT PAYOUTS TO HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS BY FORTY FUCKING PERCENT!

GET
A

FUCKING
CLUE

No one is talking about your stupid whutaboutims.

They
Don’t
Exist

Who the fuck do you think pays taxes in this country?

Those are Blahous’ words, dipshit. Again, get a fucking clue.

Communism is the ownership of the means of production by the government while Socialism the ownership is by the workers. Think Co-Ops!

You’re a fucking idiot.

Fuck, you’re stupid.

This will not happen if the party has not separated itself from it’s underlying ideology.

There are no successful socialist countries for fuck’s sake. Do you know what is Marxist-Leninism? The name Mao Zedong doesn’t ring any bells?

Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with you? How can you argue for something without any fucking knowledge about what you are arguing for?

Dude just makes definitions up
