Running high volume for a couple more weeks, probably. cals are low. Refeeds twice a week, low fat and double the current carbs. Getting leaner, but not there yet. Feel pretty good.

Update - Work has been kicking my ass. Please stop with the credits and stimulus payments. I think it’s a wee fucking bit out of hand. Couple of days after my 3.16.21 post, my female bulldog died unexpectedly. Her name was Ronda.
She was a senior so I knew it was coming. This did nothing to blunt the pain of my loss. Prior to her passing I was feeling very depressed. So, for about a month, I worked all day then got plowed all night. Bourbon does the trick every time. That created some problems. My diet went to shit and i consumed sometimes nothing and many times the most comfy comfort foods I could think of. I crushed pints of Ben and Jerry’s at will. My mental health was suffering big time. The alcohol was nonstop. I still went to the gym. Anyway, when I went off the rails, bw was 158 within three weeks I was back to mid 170’s. Fortunately, I was able to put down the bottle and get back to living. It’s been about 2.5 weeks since and I am now back on the sane train. I think:) Weight is back down to low 160’s, diet is going great and my attitude about life in general is markedly improved. Lesson learned - I am mostly human.
gym goals, not really. Going to continue leaning up until I get back to at least where I was. After that, idk.
Agreed. As a CPA I have been dealing with the tax ramifications of all this for businesses and individuals. The front row seat I have to see the greed is not cool. It’s downright filthy at times. The intent was good, the execution, not so much.
