Done, So today was the first day using a mouth guard and i think it will work good for heavy low rep training, but i think i need to get used to it and mold it a little more. I don’t think it was molded deep enough, kinda wanted to fall out too easily. I might’ve found someone to smack me next time, not sure if she was serious or not, we’ll see.
