Thanks Ink, i appreciate that bud. Gonna keep workin on my weaknesses and do my best to allow my hamstring/glute tiein injury that i’ve been dealing with for about 10 months to heal. Once my insurance kicks in this fall for school, i’m going to seriously consider seeing a doctor about it to see what exactly it could be.
Leg training: This week will be a bit of deload, that sorta started this last thursday. I strained my neck in one of those fluke instances. No issues today though.
Squats against bands:13510,13510, added the red long bands, 1355,2253,3153,3153,3153 walked out 4951 no belt for these, still have a hard time keeping the chest up at bottom.

Front squats:1355,1355,2252,2252 Tried the straps olympic hold, form was pathetic. Weight is light, but my elbows drop too easily.

Done, going to go a little lighter overall this week and hopefully i get my new belt by end of week and i can start work in my briefs. I got a new pair of metal pro briefs i want to break in.
