Yes absolutely. I am also considering special education as a minor.

That is fantastic!!

I wish I had this stuff figured out a decade ago, lol…

Mim, i certainly don’t have everything figured out yet either, but i learn something new everyday.

Good work buddy, I’ll be reading along for sure! I think you’d be a great PE teacher

Trav, thanks for the words of confidence. I am going to try to be the best i can be.

Vid of incline db press.

WTF is that guy that’s got his knee on the bench with the black shirt/yellow graphic doing? Lawn mower pulls with a dumbbell? Geeze, what an idiot. By the way, I forgot to tell you that I saw you at church on Christmas Eve…tried to make my way over to talk training but there was a sea of people between us.

The new shoes are lookin’ pretty sharp…high-tops just look badass when lifting.

Haha, thanks man. I’m liking the high-tops as well. Makes my puny calves look bigger.

I have no idea what he’s doing, there are a few like him that i think exaggerate seemingly simple movements presumably thinking its better to do so.

Legs: Again felt really tired, but i trucked on through. See below song.

Squats:13510,13510,2255,3155,135*20(with various stances)

Hs leg curls:2510,508,60*4,2,1Rest pause style.

Calf presses:20020,40020,60020,80015,400*20

Done, It seems like i’m hungry all the time, i’m stronger than i’ve been in awhile and i’ve gained 4 lbs over the last few weeks. I don’t quite know what to think about that.

I’m gonna listen to that full blast tomorrow and crush my shoulders.

Nice incline bud. You sure keep those elbows high on those, never felt comfortable with that form. Anyways keep liftin hard man

Bloodsport is the shit, and that song is the JAM!

Keep killing it in here man

Trav, i think i see what you’re saying. I do that for chest emphasis, and on regular bench i pull the elbows in a little more for strength.

Ink, thanks man, i hadn’t heard or watched bloodsport in a long time. So when i found the song, i was pretty pumped up. I just need to transfer in to cd so i can really crank it up. My computer does okay for sound, but that song needs to be played full blast for full effect imo.

assisted db press.

good work.

I like how you go into every lift, just a little pissed off looking.

Hehe, yeah i get pretty serious and focused when I train. I am mindful and do try not to look pissed off. I guess that explains why people give me space and leave me alone in the gym. lol
