Mim, here it is. For some strange reason i didn’t have internet yesterday. I am doing heavy deads and squats on sunday at James home gym in ronan.
Big three training:So we did squats, bench and deads and we mimicked a meet with regards to the commands on some of the lifts. I will be doing assistance work most of the rest of this week, but next week sunday will be back to the normal dead and squats lower day.
Squats:14510,1455,2355,3255,3751(felt heavy so this was my first working set),3755,425*5(vid, i was a little high on most of them, i will work on getting lower next week.) This was easier than the 405 was last week though.

Bench:14510,1455,2352,2555,255*5(vid, felt good, i’m going to have to remember to widen my grip out on the benches in the rec center the markings on those bars are narrower.

Deads:1455,1455,2355,3252,4255,4255(vid, grip was never a problem, but i was starting to tire and i think i missed lockout on the last rep of each set at the very top, i hitched a few of them as well as i tired.) Going to be interesting to see how i progress on these without straps. Gotta say though i love a good bar and chalk, that helps grip tremendously.

Legit reverse hypers:bw10,3012 These finished off my back, turns out i had’t been doing this correctly. When done correctly my lower back burned something fierce.
Done, feel like i got run over. I will go do some lower body accessory work in a few hours and rest most of the day.
