About the ipod, have you tried resetting it? Something like holding the middle button and the “menu” buttom for 10 seconds or something until the apple logo appears. Google it, as different types of ipods take different procedures I think. Might help you out, and save you some dough.

Ink, yeah i’ve tried resetting it, for mine that is the pause and right arrow button. Did that 5+ times and same thing. So i’m going to let it charge and see if that helps because that usually does. If not, i do have a bigger touch video ipod that i haven’t set up yet. I also would like to see about getting some of the newer songs that i can’t get on my current ipod too sometime. Problem is i won’t be able to carry over the songs i have on the current ipod because it was done on an old computor and that computor is gone.

Reading about the ipod touch, if i can get some of the youtube videos on it, that would be fucking awesome. So i’m going to see about getting it set up tonight and see what i can load on it. Yeah i hate losing music too, but i probably will lose most of the music on this one once it finally does conch out on me, because most of it was from limewire.

Well it was certainly nice to have new music to hulk out to, but now i gotta find a hook or band or something that i can hook it to my shorts like my other ipod. They made these stupid cases for the little people.

Mim, here it is. For some strange reason i didn’t have internet yesterday. I am doing heavy deads and squats on sunday at James home gym in ronan.


Big three training:So we did squats, bench and deads and we mimicked a meet with regards to the commands on some of the lifts. I will be doing assistance work most of the rest of this week, but next week sunday will be back to the normal dead and squats lower day.

Squats:14510,1455,2355,3255,3751(felt heavy so this was my first working set),3755,425*5(vid, i was a little high on most of them, i will work on getting lower next week.) This was easier than the 405 was last week though.

Bench:14510,1455,2352,2555,255*5(vid, felt good, i’m going to have to remember to widen my grip out on the benches in the rec center the markings on those bars are narrower.

Deads:1455,1455,2355,3252,4255,4255(vid, grip was never a problem, but i was starting to tire and i think i missed lockout on the last rep of each set at the very top, i hitched a few of them as well as i tired.) Going to be interesting to see how i progress on these without straps. Gotta say though i love a good bar and chalk, that helps grip tremendously.

thanks man, we’ll see. Right now i’m sore and tired. I am definitely stronger overall, partially because of westside, but also because i weigh more than i ever have as well. Just got to get my stupid bench going and i’ll be good.
