Bench with 3 board improvisation:1355,2255,2753,2753(vid),135*5 I tried to pause on every rep, but in the video and a few other sets i forgot to pause the first rep, also used a slightly narrower grip than my normal bp grip.

Pullups:bw33sets, didn’t push too hard because i pulled a mid trap muscle yesterday front squatting the weight back up to the racks after i failed yesterday.

Wide stance box squats to about parallel:1332,1332,2232,2232,2232,2232 Still haven’t worked in the bands yet as i am still really weak off the box. Read that Louie recommends doing box squats in a wide stance because it hits the hips harder, so going to try it out for a bit and see if i can increase my hips and power off the bottom.

Done, so this guy was screwing around curling the 25s on the olympic platform when i got there. I said to myself okay, i’ll let this go while i warm up and if he’s still on there when finish warming up, i’m takin over. So when i got back i grabbed the dumbells and rolled them away. Absolutely no confrontation of any kind, he came over and grabbed the dumbells and put them away. He was on one of his 5 minute breaks when i came back and rolled the dumbells away.

If you want me to come by the rec center and try to help you put your suit on, I would be more than willing. I’ve got some of the gloves that guys use to put gear on…they’re cloth backed with rubber covered fingers/palm. If it works with my schedule I can spare some time to help…have you tried using baby powder or putting a barbell through the straps and then hanging from the barbell in a power cage like someone in a zip-line harness and flailing around? Seems to work well for guys trying to get their suit up.

Hey dude i would really appreciate that. I am going to exchange the ones i currently have(both briefs and suit) because they simply are too tight in the quads. I can’t even get one leg all the way up, even with the bags as assistance. I gotta get myself a pair of those gloves as well because the suit does tear the shit out of my hands everytime i tried to get it on.
