It depends on how many total sets you do per day. Not just the number of set per exercises. If you have 1 set per exercise but do 8-12 exercises, daily training is likely going to be too much. If you have a stressful lifestyle it is also likely not a good idea.

will this work with 1B neurotype ?
i mean, 1B is not good for lactate build up,not good with failure sets ?
speed and explosivenes not suit 30-10-30?
It’s not the best for them, for sure. 2Bs, 3 and 2As but not for too long

Just looking at some of the characteristics of # 3 people it was pretty clear I am a number 3. I’d never thought about that stuff so of course reading about this it set off an alarm in my system to look out! I worry to much! I don’t know if I have chronic elevated cortisol but I’ve been doing high intensity training for over 40 years and more than likely it’s just my lack of consistency and not sticking to it for longer periods of time as the reason I’m not much bigger than anything else I can think of other than so so genetics or maybe it could be raised cortisol levels that interfered with growth, who knows? What I fear hearing is for me to back off on intensity. Ease up and so to speak go through the motions when working out. It feels too damn good to kick ass! I never was good at relaxing so I’ve been trying some relaxing techniques, maybe there’s other things to try as well? Heaven forbid , yoga , ha ha!

cortisol is the big one , but not Only one .
my 5c rule: age up -cortisol down .
intensity is not erverything in the size/mass race
look around : high intensity ,heavy duty style boys almost all of them is skinny fat
overstimulate (cns) and undertraning (muscle) at same time
Can you point on some of those skinny fat HIT guys?
Hi pepsi,
Not all HIT-trainees are alike. In my experience I would generally state that HVT-trainees are generally bigger in terms of bodyfat. The above statement doesn’t hold up though, as I seem to be the only HITter at the three gyms I am training at. I guess you are referring to Dr Darden’s studies/books, which are based on overweight individuals (and who deserve the outmost respect for their efforts).
With the above in mind, I do find the neurotyping aspect very interesting, from an individual standpoint. It seems like too many people excercise in the wrong way on order to obtain results. Doesn’t everyone start out with the common HVT in some form, anyway?
For me, HIT answered a lot of questions, and I achieved similar results during 6 months of HIT that I did during 5 years of HVT (5 days a week) when I was younger - constantly overtrained and affecting all other aspects of life. That being said, the intensity with 30-10-30 is something to take into account.
just take a look around you ![]()
look at the pictures on trainers/models - average l boys,as is never lift any weights,
p.s don’t blame PED/Volume/genetics for all
If you can be a little more specific, that is definetly going to help taking your comment more serious ![]()
@hogar, all his comments are muddled; nonsensical.
‘nonsensical.’
make sense
thank you ,believer
go inside any gym ,if you find someone train HIT/HD style ,hardly ever They looked
lifting . make sense ?
