I did a Pharmasan Labs Neurotransmitter kit, which included the 4 sample saliva test for cortisol.
My 24 hour cortisol results are attached
Pharmasan Labs recommended a product called “Calm PRT”, 3-4 tablets one hour before bedtime, but it has opposite the intended effect, and keeps me up all night.
Any thoughts on how to proceed?
