I had a pretty good one until the first (and consequently, only) back-off single. My lower back popped a little bit above my left hip and it feels pretty ordinary right now. Other than that hiccup, 185 felt pretty decent. I’ll have to see how squatting goes tomorrow with my new pain.

Felt like a tonne of benching. Front squats felt ok, just a bit sketchy because of my hips and back.
