Would you be familiar with the details on the 12 day, negative training program that Arthur Jones put the Cincinnati Bengal draftee on to complete the 4-3/4 reps on the pull up test. AJ claimed that he was 286 pounds and nearly pulled his arms from the joints when the stool was pulled on the initial attempt at a negative rep. Any chance that you were privy to the workouts over the 12 day duration, specifically when did he perform the first positive rep during the training. Thank you.
