Why not a 3/8 26 guage into the stomach?
What did you say to piss her off? That would hurt like heck. Do you have some sort of weird body type that has no belly fat but a nice roll on the inner thigh? That makes zero sense.

Haha. I was surprised she said that. this office (“genesis weight and age management”) apparently doesn’t advise stomach subq injections for testosterone. She was surprised I misunderstood where to inject and that I had been going with the stomach (which I’ve never had any blood or T leaking, except for once when I sloppily withdrew the needle). The stomach is really easy. Is there any drawback to only injecting at that site? I inject T 5 days a week and hcg 2 days a week, rotating sides.
I’m glad you said that. I’m supposed to speak with the doctor tomorrow. Maybe she’ll clear this up. Regardless, the inner thigh is probably not gonna happen.
I inject in the stomach. It’s easier.
what needle do you use? I’m switching over to 1/2 inch from 3/8
27 ga 1/2". Sometimes 3/8", depends on what they have when I go to buy them.
I have found the love handles to be absolutely painless. Reach over pull up a wad of skin and insert the needle. I do my hcg and Melanotan 2 the same. No lumps no bumps I even blast using my love handles. Around my navel started to get sensitive after a year of stabbing around there.

Thank you. That’s interesting. I have more skin by my navel and not much to grab onto in the love handle area, but may experiment there in the near future. I don’t care if injections hurt a little, as long as it isn’t causing any serious damage.
Saw the doctor. Stomach injections are ok with her. I asked if pinching the skin mattered. She said it wouldn’t because the fat is there either way, and it only makes injection site taut. Sounds pretty suspect. Still not as bad as when a doctor told me that free T didn’t matter and that mine was low because since I was muscular, the free T was being used LOL.
HaHa where do theses doctors get off. So arrogant so fucking full of themselves it must be the 250,000 to 500,000 in debt they are that made them so smart.

He also told me had had hundreds of patients on testosterone, though he was just a primary care physician so I’m pretty sure he was lying.
I am a normal total t and low free t case too. Even when my total t was 1100 my free t was still half the low end of the normal range.
A lot of the guys here suffer from that and in just about every case their SHGB is over 50.
Guys who have been able to get their SHGB down have raised their Free T and it has improved their TRT experience.
That’s interesting. I’ll look into my previous bloodwork results. This is what I got back today. Much lower numbers (tt, ft, e2) than what I had 6 weeks ago at a higher (once a week) dosage
So I still need to figure how to lower my sex hormone

What is your current TRT protocol?
ok, for the past 4-5 weeks or so, 3 days in a row of about 13 mg each day, 1 day HCG at 250, 2 days at 13 mg each day, 1 day at HCG 250. So 65 mg a week of T. My dr. thinks I should go to EOD at 32 mg, but I was thinking about just upping my current protocol to about 16-18 mg on days I inject. I’m not on any AI and would like to stay away. I’ve been injecting subq for the most part, in the stomach area each time.
My last place only allowed injections once a week (intramuscular in the glute), and had me at 160 for my first six weeks there and wanted to bump me to 210 because I had similarly low T reading on my last blood test there (taken on the 7th day, prior to my injection). Even though I was suffering from high E2 (for me) and lots of water retention and very bad facial redness and overheating. They just wanted to get me to certain numbers. I wound up finishing my last 2-3 weeks there at 120 mg 1 time a week. I was also taking an AI on and off.
Back to my current place, on their initial blood test taken in late April, my free T was 26 and TT was 1278. My E2 was 47.2 and SHBG was 45, and this test was taken 5 days post injection.
