The more i read the more confusion i get. Ive planning on pack about 15 lbs more of muscle weight. Im 32 years old, 5’8" tall, been training for 6 years, being the last four the more intenses and focused on training and dieting. In these years ive get from 130 to 156lbs.(want to get to maybe 170lbs). Im not a bodybuilder expecting to have a Cutlers look…I like the more like I runned 2 cycles of 4 weeks Dbol only (i now know not wise), in 2 years, that help me in strengh and gains.
Ive tried weight gainers, creatines, NO products, proteins, high calorie intake food split on 6 0r 7 meals a day…
I would like to enter the roid world and im asking some help on planning an efective cycle.I know some of you may say: read read read…search search search…But im really confused… I can get Test P, winstrol and deca…Im trying to make it simple…Maybe just two ingredients…Its been difficult on getting Nolva or Clomid, so i was thinking on geting to 6-OXO. Any help, comments, will be appreciated. Thanx in advance.
First how much are you eating a day? 156 even at 5’9" is not a lot. Especially if you said you ran two 4 week dbol cycles previously. (this is a prime example of why I go against dbol only cycles)
With prop and deca you can make a good cycle, but you need to understand how often to shoot these and when to stop them in regards to PCT. I will leave this to you to figure out, but I hope you like to pin because 12 weeks of ED injections will be lots of fun.
When it comes to PCT forget the 6-OXO. If you can’t find any nolv or clomid then do a test taper or don’t cycle at all.

first off 6-oxo should not even be considered when using AAS. You need a real SERM. If you can’t get one, read up on test tapering which will pretty much eliminate the need for one for post cycle, however it would be wise to have something on had during the cycle just in case.
It has been said a million times before but I will say it again, if you can’t gain weight naturally, you will not gain with steroids. Sit down a figure out what your actual calorie intake is. Most people who think they are eating a lot are really not even close to where they need to be.
the test alone would make a good first inj cycle. Being a short ester, it would have to be injected quite frequently though.

Fist of all…thanx for the imput…This is another expamle of my confusion…Ive read Test and deca can be shot at once…And test P can be injected EOD or E3D…due to its lifespan of 24-36 hrs…Then Why i will be shoting every day?
Also…taper means to lower the doses at the endo of the cycles?
Regarding my weight gain and food inatke…ive been try eating clean and enough (everything my stomach can handle)…

The prop should be shot ED for a more stable test level. I have heard of prop being shot EOD day but ED is still better. Deca can be shot 1-2x per week, but keep in mind that the deca needs to clear your system before any PCT can begin.

How many calories though? When I started on my weight gain “journey” I literally ate to discomfort at least 3 days a week. Not the kind of “oh I overdid it at the buffet” but more like force feeding myself over the course of the day. To grow you need to take in more than you burn.
I’m an endomorph and for me test is wonderful since I gain more muscle than fat. I can gain easily both fat and muscle but more in the 25 percent muscle and 75 percent fat. Then after a natural bulking I’m super depressed since I see my strength wither and my fat go away slowly, slowly. With test I have much better results.
Probably I’m doing something wrong in how I eat or how I train. Maybe not enough cardio?
I would go for test enanthate as a first cycle. I hate pinning and even if I did it a few times already I still am not comfortable with it. Test could be injected once per week but should be e3d or 2 times per week.
No doubt take a real SERM such as nolva or taper it down.
From experience we endo’s need to do more frequent cardio than the meso or ecto’s. Also , which way you look at it, we don’t need that many calories to grow. In particular on a mass gain cycle. Trick is for the cardio not to interfere with the weight increase (low back, knees and feet) the nutrition has to be there to support the extra strain because of the pounding or additional movement of the joints.
From my experience, the dietary carbs can’t pass over a certain amount of no matter how low the fat is or how high the protein is. Problem is that you have to find what macro’s work for you. A good place to start would be 45PRO, 35CHO, 20F. I can tell you that for me the AM and Preworkout carbs was a complete waste of time. I had to use higher carb meals in the mornings and smaller carb meals after 5. Always lean protein. Postworkout shake was not as important as the meal itself.
As for cardio, I have had moderate sucess with 10 min HIIT after my sessions. 3 min at a good pace 4 min of 30 sec hard, 30 sec normal and then 3 min cool down. I do this 3 times (save leg day). I tried the lift+run for 40 min and after 1 month my knees where begging for mercy.
The good thing is that we can save money since we don’t need so much food to grow. However for us the diet has to be perfect every single day.
I will try starting next year early morning walks with empty stomach for 30min every day and lower the HIIT to 1 session of 30min per week and another 2 GXP (16min) plus my 4 weight workouts and lots of food to compensate. And I mean LOTS (1.5 gal of weight gainer and 4 good meals).
