But really only 2400 cals. My wife (135# non lifter) eats more than I do.
Today was:
Lift with workout carbs
protein shake PWO
steak and rice PWO
banana
steak and rice with veggies for lunch (little bit of peanut sauce) and a whole avocado
two clementines
MRE bar
apple
dinner is going to be roasted chicken mashed potatoes and veggies
This will come out to about the same as above macro wise. Maybe slightly short on carbs and higher on fat.
Edit: I should also add in 32oz black coffee and around 140oz of water.

No. I stopped it about 4 weeks ago. It wasn’t doing anything for my fat loss. May have been helping my BDNF but it wasn’t helping me with my goals. Will probably revisit once I get leaner as I was very productive in the AM those days…brain firing on steroids (LOL)
