Need help with my lab work is my e2 to low

My total test came back as >1500 and my e2 came back as <25 would this be considered low. I feel like the ratio is way off. I have been having low libido, brain fog, headaches, and been very fatigued

Do you know what I could do to increase estrogen? Iā€™m hoping my trt doc will give me hcg or somthing, I donā€™t use an ai and inject 3 times per week.

Try moving to 2x or even 1x per week injections (more frequent injections are used to decrease E2). In the very short term, may sound funny but weed and beer both increase estrogen as does flaxseed and soy (debated)

Either hCG or estrogen replacement.
