Your FT using the calculated method is 31.06 ng/dL, which is right at the top of the ranges, high enough to relive the symptoms of low-T in most men.
The low E2 in the single digits is absolutely going to lower and or kill your libido. Most men need estrogen 20> or preferably higher for a strong libido.
Too much Tesosterone. Too much Ai to combat the too high Testosterone. Kick your doc in the nuts and get a new one. Start over with a lower dose and no AI then titrate up as needed.
The reason I ask is because some guys can handle high estrogen (E2) without symptoms, in other words they feel amazing. Some men are sensitive to high E2 and have issues like fluid retention, moodiness (bitchiness), low libido and ED.
So which is true for you?
If the answer is I don’t know, then this is a red flag and tells me your doctor only knows how to manage numbers on a lab report, and doesn’t really know much about the hormone or it’s effects on the body.
