You should have ended your response there.
One question. What is your money situation like? If you have the resources look into a professional trainer who has experience with injuries and the like. They should if they have half a brain will be able to set up a approach that will work around your physical limitations.
I’ve decided to lose weight by doing OMAD/Warrior diet, which may help my injury situation but I’m wanting to drop to 200-210lb and see how I feel there
Pretty much debts
What do you mean?
Also regarding increasing weight each workout, starting strength asks for this and also 5x5 too
You have been given some good advice from very experienced people but at every turn you have responded with a road block. It sounded to me like you were not open to the advice you were given and were therefor limiting your potential.
Not at all I’m open to advice, I’m actually looking into the routine that was suggested above
I don’t understand the disease state, so this is not rhetorical or me questioning your sincerity: why does dyslexia prevent you from repeating activities?
Due to the issues with numbers, seeing two of the same workout in each week where the numbers change, cause me a meltdown
Put them on different pages then. I’m pretty sure there’s a work around for this. I’m not trying to belittle your condition or anything, my point is simply that there is probably a simple solution here if you try.
I am really glad to hear that. Pick something from a recognized coach, make minor mods if you have injuries but otherwise follow it and train hard. Start a log on here to keep yourself accountable and remember this takes time. some of those people giving you advice have been doing this for 20+ years. Good luck.
I’ve taken all advice, I’m starting a weight loss program (OMAD) today and I’ve been researching the biomechanics of the human body and about planes of motion, so looking at Paul Carter’s 3 day PPL I’ve adapted it to his, but due to my nerve pain in my hip/glute I’m resting up and Foam rolling the rest of the week
