Hello I am currently on 400mg npp per week along with 600 test prop every week eating 3800 but recently lost weight I have been on for 9 weeks and up 20lbs from 162-182 this is my third cycle I can never seem to be much over 165 after a cut I have two previous test prob cycles under my belt I am 5’5 any tips on how to get my weight up or am I right on track I plan on competing for the first time this year advice would be greatly appreciated
