Dosage - 250 mg / 5 days of testosterone enthanate
Goals
Total testosterone - around 1000
estradiol - within the normal range
Now the problem is… I am 21 year old boy Diagnosed with low T but the urologists and endocrinologist refused to consider my condition and brushed it off as nothing but a psychological problem…
I waited for few months hoping for things to get better but with no success…
Then I went to a local supplement shop who suggested me to take teststerol( not sure if it’s the exact spelling)
Things were good for the first month but during the second… Things were again standing from where they started
Then we started off with injections at an interval of 5 days
Things were extremely good till the first 3 injections but then I guess to much of testosterone was being converted into estrogen… And again the feeling of tiredness, low libido, lack of energy, Morning erections happened
The problem is my blood reports confirms that I am very high on estrogen but the guy who is treating me is reluctant to start an AI and keeps using the term “loading”.
The thing is how should I convince him to introduce and AI in my protocol and bring the rest of the numbers back to normal
Your total test is way high, due to your current dosage. 100mg/week is normal for trt. You really need to reduce the test and the e2 should reduce as well. Your current e2 level is mainly due to overdosing on test.

The thing is I know my test and e2 are very high…
What should I do to bring them back to normal… Should I skip my injections for few weeks or should I decrease the dosage and introduce an AI(arimidex)
And if I introduce an AI what should be the dosage… And any side effects to watch out for…
Have you done the necessary blood tests before jumping on TRT to make sure it wasnt caused by anything else? THyroid ok? Adrenal Hormones ok?

Your starting dose should be around 100mg test e a week in two divided doses.
Why type of guy prescribed you TRT? Is it legal or you are self prescribing? I am not judging you. But will your guy always be there? Will you always have a good source? What if you need HCG because your balls might shrink. Arent you interested in maybe having children in the future? Will you do the necessary blood tests every year? Hematocrit, blood pressure, thyroid, e2, etc
Cut the dose to 100mg a week in 2 doses and redo blood tests and then see if you need arimidex. You might be one of the lucky ones that does not need it.
