Nebido and PCT Question

Hi there,

First of all sorry for my Englisch, but i think it’s better than your Dutch

1 year ago i went to my Dr. because of sexual sides and low mood. My TT was 12 nmol/l ref. range (8-32) my FT was 323 pmol/l (ref range 173-649). So FT was good. SHGB was 19.
LH was 5,4 u/l
So, i think it was a mistake starting TRT to begin with. But at that moment i was a total novice and the doc’s over here aren’t well educated in terms of TRT. A side-note, the ref ranges are quit conservative in comparison with the USA.
I started may 2021 with androgel december 2021 i moved over to Nebido. I did in total 5 Nebido shots 2 weeks apart @ 1ml/250mg.
My overall mood and gymlife was better although my sexual sides stayed. Because the sexual sides were the reason to start and TRT didn’t fix it and also hematocrit raised i decided to quit in februari.
Before my fourth shot (12 weeks ago) TT was 19 nmol/l Ft 459 pmol/l and LH 0.7u/l. 2 weeks later i had my last shot (10 weeks ago)
So my LH would be slightly under 0.7 i think

So i quit 10 weeks ago and feel worser than while on TRT and before TRT but not thát much. Sexual sides are even worser than pre-TRT. I am thinking about pct to get my (hopefully) pre-TRT levels back.
BUT i saw the half-life of Nebido (undecaonate) is 36 days! So 5 half-lives would be 180 days/25 weeks before the Nebido is out of my system.
I don’t want to spill the next 15 weeks becoming slightly worser, going through a hell, before i could start pct.

Do you guys think there is something i can do? Is it ok to start pct while Nebido is still in my system? Should i start HCG till the 25th week and than switch to clomid?
Or do i have to accept i made a mistake and go back on TRT. Maybe a good thing is that i could probably switch to Enanthate.

What are your thoughts starting TRT @44 years old with 12nmol (346 ng/dl). Forgot to say i did a second measurement with 14,5nmol (415ng/dl)

Thanx bro’s

Thanx a lot!

Start clomid 12.5mg 3 times a week, for a couple months and then do bloods. Get off the clomid and do blood 2 months afterwards as well.
