No doubt he was the player of the game… but clearly not the best player in this series.

Mavs Baby!!! Lebron is a fucking joke man. Anybody that compares him to Jordan or Kobe is an idiot!@!!

JKidd got a ring, how awesome is that?

How happy do you think Kobe is sitting at home knowing that LBJ didnt win a ring again? lol

SUCK IT SARDINES!!! (I know your lurking)

You think Kobe is glad to see the team that assraped him win the trophy?

LOL @ Van Gundy talking about possibly trading either LBJ or Wade in the offseason for Howard

Better them than the Heat

Forget the Heat, this is for the Mavs. Mavs deserved this like no other. Big ups and congrats to Dirk Nowitzki, Jason Kidd, Jason Terry, Peja Stojakovic, Shawn Marion, Tyson Chandler, DeShawn Stevenson, JJ Barea and the other guys.

An amazing Finals to finish off an amazing playoff season and NBA season. It’s been awesome talking shit with you guys.

Now lets get on with our lives, god knows how many hours I’ve devoted to the NBA this season…

Coach Spo out next year?

He’s Pat Riley’s protege and the Heat made the Finals, more than many expected in the Big 3’s first year together.

So…60% chance he get’s fired :D. I mean with the way the whole deal will get overplayed.

Incredible playoffs.

If you had told me before the season started that JJ Barea would be a significant part of a championship-winning team I would have shit myself

He should get an extension, but he might get canned. It’s hard to call as of right now, but if the Heat sign the right pieces this off-season I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see Riley take over, just like when he fucked SVG out of his ring.

Some things I noticed:

-this has pretty much been a perfect NBA season right down to the end. I don’t need to get into the stuff before the Finals and even the early playoffs, but shit–did we just see the Heat, who may be destined for multiple rings and the bad guys of the NBA lose to a group of old fuckers who we thought would retire without any rings? And led by the ice cold…Dirk? I haven’t watched the NBA for as long as the older guys here but has anyone experienced a season this good?

-Gettinitdone was completely right…didn’t he pick Mavs over Heat as soon as the Spurs were eliminated? Meanwhike Rand’s world collapsed the way the playoff’s turned out.

So, LBJ has certainly had his moments in the clutch - we all saw the Pistons game or highlights of it, one of the most unreal things I’ve ever seen.

But the last 3 games have been inexcusable performances that have totally changed my opinion of him (I used to think he was unpredictable in the clutch, now I agree he is definitely soft as shit mentally). As a basketball fan I want someone with James’s gift to succeed as a great player, but it’s not happening.

What disturbed me most, was that Wade in this 4th quarter was not the Wade we saw in 2006 - LBJ’s bad attitude actually brought another superstar down with him, IMO. That is atrocious.

Speaking of rand, we should’ve known the Mavs would beat the Heat because they beat the best Lakers team of the last 15 years back in round 2.

True say, hence my joke. Between Riley probably wanting to coach another championship team and the way the media is going to overplay this as a colossal failure by the Heat [it wasn’t, most thought they’d do worse this year], Spo’s actually in trouble even though the Heat really turned it around second half of the year.

Nah I only picked the Mavs over the Lakers and Thunder. I think Flash picked Mavs in the Finals in 6. I didn’t even bother making a prediction for the Finals because I would’ve been happy either way, even if 'Bron and the Heat won.

At least you would have known who he was :D.
