Raps not looking too bad, am I right Knick fans? ;)
lol, the Raps didn’t beat the Knicks. The Knicks beat the Knicks. 35% shooting and bunch of missed crackhead layups down the stretch. What an ugly game.
What did I say about Toronto winning those close games now, eh?
Bulls have done a pretty good job disappointing in their last 2 outings as well. I feel ya.

What a great pickup for them. I never really watch Toronto games but I always see the scores flash on the bottom of the screen. I can’t even keep count how many times I’ve seen them lose by a point or two. Now I’m starting to see them on the other side of the W-L column in those games.
Yep. These recent Gay posts somehow keep reminding me of that hilarious youtube game-winner of Gay’s that raj posted here way back when.

I like how you’re thinking but this recent playmaker trend (only 4pts (!) in last’s night win vs PHO) works against it.

True but he only needs to average 20 ppg over the next 5 years. Or 25 ppg over the next 4 assuming he stays healthy. With Kobe’s ego, I doubt he’ll let himself fall short of that goal and he still has the skill to do it.

Who else could end up with 40 after having a shitty first half?
The Thunder haven’t done any thing to match up better with the Heat since the Finals. The Ibaka/Perkins combo makes for a shitty match up when the Heat go small which is 99% of the time this year. The Thunder need to figure before they get their ass handed to them in the Finals again. I’m curious to see if they try and address that before the trade deadline.

They need to get rid of Perk. That guy is worthless.

I agree 100% and never liked the guy. He’s not bringing much to the table and his defense is overrated IMHO. I think after last nights game, trading him has to be on the table.

I just said that like 2 weeks ago, and got no support. lol
Besides their weak bench, perkins is their biggest issue. He does nothing particularly well and he’s terrible at playing against a team like miami when they are playing small.

Haha, I must of missed that. I pretty much hate every Celtic over the last 10 years besides Ray Allen but I’ll acknowledge all their talent. Perkins has none.

It’s amazing how much better the clippers are with Chris Paul. I hope that streak where he was off injured plays big in the MVP rankings for him.
Yeah, its part of the reason i dislike the Clippers. Without CP3 they are so one-dimensional. It just turns into the Blake Griffin show.
hes up there for MVP im sure, ill be disappointed if they give it to him though.

Perkins is an easy target, and MIA not using a true center (contrast with MEM, LAL, IND, BKN) makes him look esp worthless.
But it was losing Harden (not saying it could’ve unfolded any differently) that will ultimately cost OKC that ‘legit contender’ status they had built up to (imo).
Barring any huge trades/injuries, I’ve got LAC coming out of the West and the only West team that can maybe beat MIA in a seven-game series.
