Nauseous Everyday. Not Sure Why.

Any updates to this thread?

I went to the doc the other day for near-constant nausea and they did an on site H-pylori test and that came back negative, so they sent my blood for lab tests on my liver, kidneys, etc and those all came back normal.

I’m going to see a GI specialist and get an upper endoscopy, but I was wondering if there were any more ideas.

Thanks

I have also had these symptoms, but have never been tested for H-pylori. The only thing that has worked for me is to take a deload week where you reduce calories and eat more fruits/ vegatables and add some cardio. I had my appetite back within a week and didnt feel too nauseous most of the time.

UMMMMMMMM

Stop force feeding yourself for a few days.

Eat when you are hungry and stop when you feel satisfied, not “full”

Keep lifting with rigor

When your appetite comes back strong then start adding more calories.

PLease use common sense. It will help in the long run

Didnt see the date. Sorry
