What?! I didn’t know you were tall. I’m just slightly taller than you. Gives me a good idea of what I’ll look like if I drop 15lbs (hopefully that’s all I need!) I’m 6’4" and sitting at 222 right now.
Ahhh the internet… where a total which would land you in the top 10 in an international meet is what you’d expect from a beginner training hard for 6 months and an 8" penis is a bit on the small side.
insane to think people can dismiss someone who is accomplished at the very thing they are dismissing haha
“dude you should do that, you should do this it will work better”
“nah bro youre only 178 on stage”
motherfuckers do you see same guy in the picture i see!?
people are loons.
I am 6’4 255 right now, good amount of body fat, but i’m ready to get around your range, and then make a decision to continue getting leaner or hover around there.
I was sitting 275 a lil over a year ago, and thought 225 would be shredded… Not quite. I just keep saying 10 more lbs. haha
haha i was at 275-280 almost a year ago as well! what did you find worked best for you to help you pull the weight down?
Any adjustments you wish you made earlier in the process?
I decided to take it the slow and steady route. I began by cutting out all soda, then ice cream, then non clean carb sources, then moved all my carbs to before 4PM. That took me from Jan-Jun of 15 to hit around 235lbs, from 275lbs. I stopped being as strict because it was affecting me while playing baseball. In December, I was 242 and began cutting out all unclean sources (wasn’t eating Ice cream, or drinking soda). Then in January, I went Keto for two weeks on, few days off. I easily dropped to 218 in a couple months, but baseball season started up again and decided to just maintain until end of summer. Now, mid August, I am 222lbs and will begin ‘cutting’ again in September. The nice thing is I have actually gained strength in all the lifts, lost weight, and gained bit of size in the last year and a half.
To be honest, I wish I had just stuck to a freaking meal plan back from 2008-2012. It’s not like I wasn’t reading this forum and knew what to do. I just for some reason didn’t think it applied to me. haha
the best physique I’ve ever seen in person was a dude who weighed 70k. He was so lean and balanced you’d have thought he was 200lbs, easily.
