Actually, I have always followed their diet up until I came here last August.

They had me eating lots of oatmeal in the morning, and lots of chicken and rice.

The thing that throws me off is that rice is not endorsed here, but historically I have always found it helped me to get lean. I am thinking of going back to eating more rice instead of being afraid of it.

THats weird thats the exact oppossite diet I follow from them.

Mine looks like
hamburgar, 2 eggs, eggwhites
grapefruit
whey, eggwhite protein, flax, strawberries
10 oz chicken, large salad, olive oil

Tuna , 1 egg, whites, tomato

10 oz steak, 2 cups of veggies

4 aminos, 4 liver each meal
during workout glutamine and 20 bcaas

high carb meal every mon and thurs.

I know after your body adapts to this type of diet, they switch to a low fat typical chicken and rice diet but thats usually after three months.

Are those pics in your profile supposed to mean something?

If I were you, I wouldn’t be insulting other people’s physiques, until you get one of your own.

I really think you are here to stir up shit.

You have to put on mass to get bigger. I hate to state the obvious, but evidently you are under some misconstrued notion that you have an old school physique.

You don’t. And yes - I have seen your pics. Hardly a physique I would hold up as an example of anything but under training and, in some cases, over eating.

If you can’t find a program here at T-Nation to meet you needs - maybe you should go somewhere else.

I haven’t seen many threads started by this guy that don’t end in everyone hating him.

Wow. totally different from what they gave me way back when…Here it is as I recall…and I may note it was the first time I was taught to eat 6+ times a day. Here it is as I recall:

breakfast:
3 cups cooked oatmeal mixed with 1/2 bananna, 1/4 cup walnuts, and 1/4 cup pineapple

snack: 2 cups cooked white rice + 3 Oz. chicken breast…plain

Lunch: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 3 OZ. chicken breast, 2 slices of tomatoe, brown mustard to taste, and an apple or orange.

snack 2: 2 cups white rice and 3 Oz. chicken boneless skinless chicken breast

Dinner: fish-preferably salmon, but any fish would do, 3 Oz. pasta of any sort, 2 cups of a green vegie.

And that was it. I found it really hard to stick to this diet and I would a week on it text book. I modified the diet to where I can actually deal with it, and modified the portions so I eat every 2-3 hours of waking time. I also eliminated the rice and oatmeal, and all the god dam pills they had me taking. I mean at each meal I was taking at least 16 pills for various shit.

Fuck pills, food rules.

Before I post again, I have attached a pic of the OP that called me an “outdated body” when I asked why he was looking for outdated bodybuilding information.

As for the OP, I originally posted to respond to your attacks, but then felt remorse and felt I should not attack back. The posts that have followed lead me to believe you really need to be shut down, and shut up.

Here is a pic of the outdated physique you so vehemently said you do not want.

Why dont you strive to achive this much…with your stupid black & white pose, then talk some shit? Until you can post better color photos while waking your wife for a minute to snap the pic, I have no reason to take better photo’s myself, and frankly…you look like shit and outdated bodybuilding information will not help you. Let alone updated, advanced drug free bodybuilding information.

You probably should have thought before calling TrainerinDC’s neighbor an outdated body.

Beat this, in your same stupid pose or a different pose, and I will take better photos, and shut you down again. These pics took me 20 seconds and that includes waking my wife to snap the pic. Maybe you should get yourself an “outdated physique.”

Scroll back if you forgot how you responded to me. Whatcha got man?

Looking solid petedacook.

John Grimek and Marvin Eder were both big, strong and drug free lifters from pre-1960s…but they were also very gifted, so it probably wouldn’t be wise to assume what worked for them would work for you.

The best site I know for what you want is www.superstrengthbooks.com

I don’t see what all the fuss is about though: it’s all just progressively heavier training on the biggest movements - just like it is now now. But good luck anyway.

By the way, if you want to start building an aesthetic physique, you could drastically improve your appearance by dropping at least 15lbs fat.

Just saw your recent photos. You look great. Maybe you could compromise and eat brown rice?

To OCN, this is sorta old-fashioned: http://www.drdarden.com. Give it a shot.
