Nattokinase: The Best Thing for Your Heart?

What?

I agree with the information on Nattokinase as I have been taking it for ten years and I highly recommend it for vaccinated and boosted people as it could save their lives.

Sure, I’ve got some ideas. What are yours?

Please share as last time I try to do that I got banned from your site!

vitamin K-2 MK 7, with 16 mg nattokinase from natto extract 100 mcg twice daily with food!!

And

Once again, you have no fucking clue but here you go anyways.

  1. Stents are installed once the blockage is broken through using specialized tools.

  2. Arterial bypass is extremely complicated, and last I checked involves opening the chest. Stents are preferred for a number of reasons, but can’t always be used due to the toughness of the blockage.

  3. I hope your friend recovers to what ever extent possible and is able to live a happy and productive life, free of your incessant chest thumping at his expense.

  4. I’m highly confident in the first 2, but not #3, mainly because I have 4 stents, and I’m minus several friends due to the aforementioned chest thumping.

And finally- Just shut up. No one cares if you’re gloating from the top of a mountain of bodies. Its just vulgar and disgusting.

You would know that if you hadn’t already reached a conclusion then run around looking for proof.

I didn’t start that shit. I was actually very civil in my first statement if you took the time to look into it.

Nattokinase dissolves blood clots.
4000-6000 Fibrinolytic units in capsules 2 times daily.
Nattokinase is not a blood thinner; it is a protein digesting enzyme. Take 30 minutes before or after protein.

Awesome article. It’s great to see a summary in laymen’s terms I can understand.

Since NOW is mentioned in the article and it doesn’t appear other brands are a Biotest conflict here, BulkSupplements.com (available on Amazon) sells nattokinase in powder form for dirt cheap.

They mention dosage details and FU’s and generally seem legit in their quality. The stuff tastes like dog shit smells but mixed in warm water to dissolve easily as a quick shot it’s easy to take and comes in bulk.

I just picked some up from BulkSupplements as well after getting my (long overdue) blood word results - Total: 288 and LDL: 207 (was told HDL and ratios were good, but didn’t get the numbers). My wife has been in cardiology as a nurse and nurse practitioner for over 20 years and wants me to go on a statin. I said I want to try this first and get re-checked in 6 months, and I’ll come back and post results at that time.

My question is about dosing with the BulkSupplements powder - They say “110 mg suggested dose” and “We do not include measuring devices with our products. We do recommend using a milligram scale for the most accurate form of measurement.” and “We do not recommend converting weight (mg) to volume (tsp). The conversion is not always accurate and can lead to overdosing.”

I don’t have (and am not getting) a milligram scale, so trying to guesstimate it at about 1/16 or a tsp. Wondering if that seems about right (at 3x day). Also curious about their “overdosing” comment and if you feel that is a real concern or not.

Hoping to come back with good numbers to share in 6 months, and no statin added

I just broke open some capsules and emptied them into various sizes of measuring spoons. Crude, I know, but it look like 100 mg is closer to 1/8th of a teaspoon. As far as overdosing, many studies have used much higher doses without any negative side effects.

Interesting, thanks! I feel slightly better seeing “10-year risk of MI or death for this patient” at 7.7% vs “Average 10-year risk of MI or death” of 13%. Still hoping the natto will help bring that LDL number down so I don’t have to get into the debate over taking a statin with my wife.
