Due to my current work situation (I am basically living in the woods) I will be unable to continue 5/3/1 for my squats and deads. The training facility at my job is sub par and only has about 300-400lbs of weights for me to use. considering all of my squat and dead numbers are above that I will have to put the brakes on 5/3/1 for squat and deads for the next 3 months. What I am planing instead is to do my squat and DL workout with GVT style training aka 10x10@60-65% each week instead of the proposed 5/3/1 workouts. I will still deload every 4th week and will continue the 5/3/1 protocal for bench and ohp. Also now that I have gotten into the habbit of doing cardio semi regularly I plan on making at regular part of my wokrout 3-4xweek.

Begining of my first deload week . Will start back next week with 10/10 on squat and DL and 5/3/1/ on ohp and bench.

cardio this week has consisted of a brisk 1.5 miles walk every day after work.

I hope you are going to be able to straighten out your living situation soon. The quick training sessions have to feel amazing.

YEa they are pretty awesome. My living situation is good just not for my training. I am a summer camp director durring my summers, and when we are in session May-Aug I just try to get by with what I can do. On the other hand it is good because I am able to get my cardio in every day.

Oh, I understand now . . . when you said you were basically living in the woods I didn’t figure you meant camp counselor, haha.
