You shouldn’t fucking eat 300g of carbohydrate all from fruit.

Who would?
That’s TWENTY dietetic exchanges of fruit (eg, 20 kiwis; 20 small bananas, 10 large pears, 10 large apples, a little less than 9 cups of strawberries or so, and so on)! Who’s gunning for that?
Most people health and/or physique conscious people aren’t even inclined to eat 2 to 4 fruits per day.
Here’s a comparison of a fruit and a “nightshade vegetable.” I never said there was anything bad about eating fruits. If you want to eat some fruit, you can. It’s just not that different than eating candy. Candy has vitmain C also.

Not that different from eating candy? I wish you can be barred from this forum! And I’ve never wished that on anyone really. [/quote]
Brick come on. Candy has a plethora of nutrients and some fiber as well. Also, it has a long shelf life, which in turn gives you a long shelf life. Geeesh, I’d think you of all people would know these things.

I think rice and sweet potatoes should be “staples” but that 20% of the time you should be eating other carb sources, and in that 20% should be as wide of variety as you can manage.
I think some people have brains that are wired to handle info and follow protocals differently. I for one am not obsessive but try to follow the 80-20 rule. I think I can get a whole lot of good out of following an idea or protocal 80% intense or 80% of the time and the other 20 I just do whatever. For some people though, then need to be uber strict, and for them, digging and digging and digging to squeeze ever last bit of information is what they do because that is how they are wired. it’s neither good nor bad, it just is. Hell both of these methods are laods better than a large segment of the population who follows a 50-50 or worse plan.
Just my thoughts on the matter, well on several matters.
