Has anyone on here been ripped off by Napsgear? They have received my funds 11 days ago and the customer service peeps arent doing anything. If there is a legit Napsgear rep on here, hit me up as this is unacceptable. Ive ordered 2x before with no issues, now they think Im just gonna be cool with losing 200usd. And Yes I opened a ticket up a week ago. constant back n forth with emails. Someone plz give me a better source

Never had an issue. Sometimes it takes a bit to get the order moving. You need to remember this is not Amazon. Was it domestic or foreign? Did you open a ticket?

I have never used napsgear but after going to there website I don’t know why anyone would it’s way overpriced
I too am having that problem, paid extra for domestic shipping and 2 plus weeks later nothing, customer service is utterly useless.
Have you opened a ticket? How long ago. How did you pay? The usually respond in a day or two. Check you Naps account and spam folder if it’s been longer. They have reps on some sites that they sponsor. They are very helpful.
You have to keep in mind your not dealing with amazon here. I have never had a single issue with Naps. I had an overseas gear order seized once and they shipped out new product domestic asap.
I have used Naps for 15 years, so I can say their quality, service, everything has gone to shit over the years. No longer reliable, no longer prompt, no longer honest. After speaking out on this forum I was issued a credit, which is useless because what I want is out of stock. Mind you at the time I could have ordered everything international and saved money. Naps, if you are reading this I would like a full refund please. As in my bitcoin returned to me.

Yes, and I switched to a different source. Here is an obvious thing about Naps, you can’t post a 3, 2, or 1 star review for bad products or anything else. With the different apps out there like discord, telegram and stuff you can find direct sources for pharma. Just got to look.
just went thru same thing with them….placed a domestic order aug 1st and still havent got it,however its supposedly been reshipped and its on the way
