the more i read about it…and knowing glutamine/bcaa gets torn up by stomach acids do you think these are gonna ever be available nano-dispersed?
yeah,i know the theory of glutamine and bcaas but cmon…how many peeps actually seen results?say you take 10 grams twice a day and ony 1 1/2 gram make into your system…id be the first to try something that delivers these at maybe 5-10 grams a day
think it would work with this and other compounds that get fucked by the ol gut?

Considering two things, one being physiochemical properties and two being the large amount one still has to ingest, I don’t think you’re going to see such a thing. Yes, while some amino acids may be lipophilic enough to use, the issue then becomes that even if you have a 50% increase in bioavailability, it’s still going to require that you ingest a rather large amount. When you then consider how limited you are in terms of what you can fill in to the nanodispersion capsules, you’re probably looking at swallowing 30-40 capsules at a time.
Also, it’s important to understand that the improvement in bioavailability is due to essentially allowing for a greater rate of dissolution and not from a “protective effect” which it seems like you might be thinking of.
By the way, love the avatar.
some guy on a different board told me if you mix it with lemon juice and baking soda the buffer should allow a greater increase in absorption

Unfortunately, creating a true buffer is just a bit more complicated than throwing something acidic with something that’s basic together.
That aside, there are glutamine products which use an effervescent delivery system so to speak. In theory, they may help increase absorption but I’ve never seen any data supporting the claims made.
