That would be track and field, i occasionally throw things as a hobby. Never had much coaching but its fun and pretty competitive.
Absolutally CRUSHED todays ME Lower session:
Back squat against bands (100-120 lbs tension at top): w/u
315x1, 365x1, 385x1, 405x1, 415x1, 315x5,5 the 415 wasnt a true max, definitely left some in the tank there and it felt goooood
Speed deadlift: w/ minimal rest
225x1, 275x1, 325x1,1,1, 275x1,1
80 reps abs with more weight than last week, and some other easy leg stuff like goblet squats. All in all took about 1.5 hrs to complete because of the massive amount of time spent between squatting sets, but the fact that I hit a beltless 415 w/ band tension pretty easy makes it all okay.
