N0-Xplode or Something Else?

no xplode worked pretty well for me
did it now?

jehovas the wiki article I linked has numerous links to legit articles by non biased scientific community members. Check them out, they’re a pretty good read.

Aggro while I obviously agree that NO isn’t going to make you gain lbs of muscle it does contain ingredients that increase several key hormones in the muscle building process. But like all natural products not everyone can benefit from this. Although I would argue that you didn’t see any increase in ANYTHING, other than pumps, as increase blood flow would allow quicker recovery time, AND the ability to push up more weight. Even if only a small amount. Also I have nothing against Biotest products, I actually love them.

All of these are ways that L-Arginine helps the human body. Enjoy!

Check the store here at the nation and try their preworkout supplement. NO xplode is tremendously over-priced and ineffective for someone that would regularly clear 1g or more of caffeine per day. Tangy kool-aid to me really.

At a bodyweight of 155, similar to me, you don’t need a pre-workout supplement. They are all expensive as fuck.

What is more important than NO (if it works at all), and even Surge Workout Fuel, is a proper diet, good training plan, and a lot of effort.

Finish the workout with your favorite post-workout shake (hopefully it fits the guidelines), and you could add in a few of the extra goodies you see in the T-Nation store after researching them all on your own.

Don’t worry about anything else for at least another 20 pounds. Some make it way way high with nothing at all.

I agree with tengen10. I was 155 a few years ago and NO didn’t get me bigger. Eating right and training hard did. Wait to use NO.

yeah macaroni…no xplode did the one time i did try it…but yet again i was still new to lifting back then but i did feel more focus more than anything…and dont give me the shit that everyones says that its bs and this an that…i am now familiar with that since cmon it is T-Nation

an everyone hates what cant be proven…hint hint the reason i dont believe in god haha

just a lil picker upper it has vitamins and a bunch of other bullshit so im not saying it was no,aight bro just so you dont try to bash me

I like N.O. Xplode.

No explode literally is crap there is a lawsuit against them for lying about the ingredients. Company’s like BSN prey on people new to lifting with flashy adds ridiculous claims and endorsements. Stay away from anything they make. I am currently taking Anabolic Switch and a Spike Shooter before my workouts, although once im done with Switch im gunna try Surge Workout Fuel. But IMO stay as far away from no explode as you can total rip off.
It was actually their creatine product, not NO Xplode

BTW- I’m not anti-arginine as much as I am anti- NO Xplode or most of the other drivel out there

i feel that you could get an equally as good pump if you just supplemented with Arginine Citrulline and creatine in some fruit juice, because thats basically what no explode is in a nutshell.

or just eat alot of carbs

no-xplode is glorified caffeine!!! BSN got lawsued because it didnt contained their super creatine CEM3 like they say…

try Surge Workout Fuel and you wont even look at the nice looking red bottles of BSN anymore…its all hype.

for more energy with your Surge Workout Fuel i take one or two HOT-ROX pre-workout with the Surge!! Amazing workouts!!! You ll never want to train whitout it…

Im pretty sure that they got sued awhile ago about the CINNULIN-PF ingredient because it was mimicking the prescription blood thinner drug coumine.

No explode is basically very expensive creatine+Caffeine. Might make you feel good, which is why the product is so popular, but if you look at the ingrediants…thats what you’re paying 40 bucks for(something that should cost you like 20 bucks).

I’m not knocking it…I never tried it, but people just describe the effects of the caffeine(energy), increase in pump/strength(creatine). So there are cheaper ways to acheive those effects.

I’d recommend trying Surge Workout Fuel…it’s good.

I may be LOSING weight currently, but I’m gaining the knowledge required to put on the size when I’ve lost the body fat, and I’ll say what everyone else is trying to say…

Until your diet and routine starts legitimately putting on size, stick to the vanilla sups. (Fish oil, protein and all natural foods)

If you go any other route before then, you’re wasting your money

But does the lawsuit matter to the people who ask about it? I mean really? At least from what I’ve seen, if you’re all bro-downing with the NO-Xplode a little thing about a lawsuit isn’t gonna change your mind.

nah personally i can care less about the lawsuit,

i took no xplode when i was younger after work(i have a strenuous job) and the caffeine push got me up and awake to go to the gym again.

I hope Anaconda is a NO2 product just to see all you parrots change your tune on NO2 supplements lol

OP: NoXplode is garbage. There are many better pre workout products out there. No2 pre workout products are popular because they usually work as advertised. They give you a rush of energy and some of them actually give you a killer pump. The downside is you are paying a shit ton of money for a caffeine product that gives you a temporary pump. I highly doubt if No2 products will lead to any direct LBM gain.

pre-workouts makes you feel, but you dont gain from them…The only thing that it brings you to do more reps, higher energy levels, better pumps…more drive in your workout… It pushes you in your workout…this helps you gain, not the arginie or the small amount of creatine…

does anybody knows if Anaconda gona be a no2 product??? ahahahah
