104g of fiber sounds… nice

Anyone up for a bowl of colon blow or new super colon blow?

And how many bowls would I have to eat of my regular cereal to get the same amount of fiber in super colon blow?

It would take over two and a half million bowls of your oat bran cereal to equal the fiber content of one bowl of Super Colon Blow.[/quote]

those carbs from oat bran count as good carbs right? if so, sign me up for 1m boxes

Keep us updated, I want to see how this turns out…if you make it!

EDIT: The hulu link doesn’t seem to work right now. This one did though.

At near end of the day i have only got through 1 kilo. I will quickly try and eat another kilo in the next few hours. Maybe 4 kgs is a bit impractical.

So far for some reason energy levels are high. Also a general good mood has been noticed. This may not be the broccoli.

I am eating other food.

Interesting that at your level of development you’re looking into myostatin inhibition via broccoli as opposed to, oh, I dunno…something that wouldn’t be laughably (read: side-splittingly) retarded if not for the fact that you’re actually doing it.

Woke up with an unpleasant taste/sensation in my mouth. Also i’ve had the shits. This is a stupid idea and i probably won’t continue.

However i do want to find a plausible way to inhibit myostatin so we shall see.

Have you read up on Myostatin? if so what studies and articles?

If your really interested do a Chemistry degree(you will probably have to go on to complete Postgrad degrees too).

A good friend of mine is doing a Mchem degree purely so he can synthesize his own Class A drugs(not that i agree with this!). But he is rather good at Chemistry though.
