Just finished my initial V-Diet experience! Lost 23.5lbs and 2 3/4" off my abdomen. Since i’m from the UK it was very impractical and too expensive to obtain Metabolic Drive so i used a well known high quality protein blend from over here. Also, decided to have a clean carb-up day today to see how much i fill out as this has been the first time going so long with not going over 100g CHO a day. So far i have had some pineapple juice, pineapple fruit, oats, sultanas, honey, and one banana. Probably aim to get in over 1000g carbs with the help of some Waxy Maize in between meals. I also didn’t use a fat burner during the diet. I think BCAA may have been a good option as i have lost 3/4" off my arms. Current stats are:

44 1/2" chest
16" arm
38 5/8" abdomen
26" leg
16" calf
