My Training Log - HP Mass

Hey guys,

Since I’ve been doing the HP Mass program for the last few weeks, I thought it would be a good idea to start participating on this forum.

My name is Hugo and I am 20. My maxs are 175/120/210. I am on the third week of my first 6-week cycle.

Today I did:

SQ: 130kg (MTW), 110kg, 120kg, 130kg, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg, 110kg
DL: 152.5 (MTW), 132.5kg, 142.5kg, 152.5kg, 132.5kg, 142.5kg, 152.5kg, 132.5kg, 142.5kg, 152.5kg, 132.5kg

Dips and abs.

Gym is closed today because of Holy Friday. Did a bit of jogging outside and then some neural charge at home. I usually sprint, instead of jogging, but I am back home on holiday in Porto, and the streets around where I live aren’t very sprint friendly.

OHP: 60, 55, 57, 60, 55, 57, 60, 55, 57, 60, 55

I wasn’t able to do bench press today.
