If anything your simply inhibiting GH release. The energy boost is from caffeine, which can be bought in pill form for 5 bucks a bottle.
Because NO doesn’t increase the amount of blood, many steroids do.
Steroids do what NO is SUPPOSED to do, as well as being…you know anabolic.
okay thank you for the input, do you see any harm in using ECA then? its got a shitload of caffeine, but do you see ephedra being a problem? I only take this stuff because it it pretty much doubles my workout while at the gym, not for its thermogenic effect. It also makes a little harder consuming all the food while on cycle. but besides making you feel like barfing, any negative effect while on cycle?

Just use alot of caffeine if you feel you have to; your energy should be THROUGH the ROOF on cycle anyways.
Ephedra is just going to mess with your sleep and appetite.
If your bulking I obviously dont recommend ephedra, or even caffeine really simply because it also interferes with sleep.
If your cutting or recomping, sure ECA is great.

how do I put this, Im getting in shape. So I guess cutting on supertest , which is pretty dumb I know and a waste. But I dont wanna get too bulky anyway, plus it seems to be working, and has in the past also. I usually end up dropping a bunch of fat and muscle is a real nice by product. The funny thing is even with restricted diet, I end up putting a lot on and look “roided out”.
The only thing fcking with me right now is the bloat, and cardio is starting to suck real bad. Feel super strong on the 3rd week, look yolked out, so we’ll see where I end up in 12 weeks.
Also, when I said restricted diet, I meant I’m eating super clean.

dude with the bloated stomach, if your bf% is low, and it looks like it bulging out, I would see a doc, unless this is something your stomach has always done. Then its just the way ur built fck it

I think I get the same thing. When using deca or eq, after about a week, I wake up one morning with a pouch of water around my abs that will not go away regardless of diet. AIs do not work to solve this. I’ve tried adex, aromadin, and even letrozol. Nothing takes it away. If I lower my dose, the bloating lessens but does not fully go away. It gets way worse after I eat a meal and by the end of the day my stomach looks so fat and jiggly.
Nothing takes it away unless I stop taking the compounds. The water will go away in a few weeks or so. I have no idea what it is but diet has no control over it. Lisix do nothing either. I’ve come to the conclusion after many years of trial and error that it’s just the way my body responds to the compounds.

Haha… nope I didnt realize that. However I am glad I found someone that has the same issue as me. I’m the only one I know that this happens and it really sucks! I wish I knew how to control it. Maybe after 10 years this guy has it figured out and responds lol.
