Thanks pb! I still feel crazy good today because I did it lol. The belt was alright, I don’t think I had it set in the right spot though. When I start to pull, it moved up some on my stomach. I might get one eventually

Deload week is boring like usual lol. I’m focusing on doing a lot of stretching, hips/groin and lot of lower body foam rolling so I can get to squatting deeper more comfortably. I’ll be ready to hit it Monday

Well I’m thinking the 2 a day is not such a good idea. My hams are still pretty sore from Monday, and deadlifting yesterday on top of that. I’m pretty pissed because I just deloaded, missed my workout on Tuesday (but I made up for it), the gym is closed tomorrow and Sunday, I’m going to see the Black Keys in Nebraska on Monday, then I’m flying out to Florida for three days on Thursday. Granted, I’ll be having a good time. Once school starts up and I have a set schedule I will be fine

Been without internet at my place. I’m at my family’s house the night before we fly out for Florida for a few days, so training is going to be pretty lame. I remember they have a cable machine and DBs up to 50s in their commercial gym at the hotel we stay at. I know there is a big hill nearby though so I can do some hill sprints.

Been a while since I checked in. Great pulls! Dude, you still have like 20 more pounds in yo - 425 is doable. For squats, I’d get your stance wider and make sure your knees don’t cave. When your stance gets wider, your back angle will be more comfortable.

Thanks boomer! I have actually widened my stance recently and have been stretching a lot so hitting depth with stable knees has become MUCH better. I’ll get some vids up now that I have internet again at my new place

The 225x5 will come dude. Took me three sessions to throw up 170x2x3 and every single time I felt like I had it and just stalled. Great to see your log back up and kickin man!
