In only 3 days, I’ve gain back 3 lbs, mostly water and glycogen retention in the muscle cells, but still, makes me feel a lot fuller and my pumps are unbelievable in the gym! This year is gonna be awesome!!!

How did the feast go? Did you get a big lift in before?

I hit chest+tri’s in the morning and it put the afternoon feast on a whole other level.

@WestCoast7: Hey bud! Well I’ve gotta say, us Canadian boys don’t really celebrate Thanksgiving. Not only that, but Kevin has trouble boiling water, so forget about him cooking a turkey feast!!! lol! Plus, it was my day off, so I ended up staying put and watching football all day! And instead of turkey, I had pizza instead, my favorite!

But today’s workouts were unbelievable!!! Had incredible pumps, and the bodyweight keeps going up!!!

That makes sense, sometimes we Americans forget that the rest of the world doesn’t revolve around us!

Watching ball all day and eating pizza is a pretty epic combination, not to mention adding a great lifting session on top of that! Glad to hear that everything is going well and am looking forward to your future progress.

@WestCoast7: Thanks buddy!!! Happy to say the today I bench pressed 245lbs for 15 reps for the fist time since my operation…and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort! My weight is now at 256lbs or so, and I hope to hit the 260 mark by the end of next week.

Didn’t even get Turkey on Canadian Thanksgiving? Sucks bro.

Don’t we get to see a pic of the scar??

@therajaj: Nope, for us Cnadians thanksgiving isn’t as big as for you guys really, it’s just secondary holiday, comparable to easter or halloween. I can’t even tell you what exact date it was, to tell you the truth!!! lol!

@Mutsanah: What a weird curiosity bud!!! lol! I don’t mind, looks pretty bad ass actually…I look into it!!!

Don’t worry Alex, at that pace you’ll be already stronger than almost everyone here in no time lol.

Tuesday December 7th

Hey guys! Sorry for being MIA for couple days, not my style, but I’ve been busy, since I got home last friday. Yep, it’s back to cold weather and huge loads of snow for couple weeks! lol! Needless to say, Im happy to see my folks and friends, but already miss my lifestyle and surrouindings, I mean, our facilities, our staff, even that crazy sled work!!! lol! Im trying hard to stay focus on my training, 2 times a day, and my rehab, which is going very well!!! I,ve manages to keep my weight arround 260 or so, even with all the stress and all the dinner plans with friends going on.

After having a sitdown with boss Tim Patterson, just before I left, we’ve decided that with the help of guru coach Chris Thibaudeau, we’ll come up with a plan for 2011, a plan that will respect my goals, while respecting the company’s goals…the results will be amazing guys, Im super excited and anxious to reveal to you a new kind of physique… Just imagine putting in a giant human blender a bodybuilder, a strong man, an MMA fighter, a sprinter, a football linebacker or defensive end, a wrestler, to end up with a super athlete, one that could do it all…that’s my ultimate goal!!! There use to be the 6 millions dollar man…I’ll be the more affordable version I guess!!! lol!!!

Stay tuned guys, this is gonna be AWESOMEEEEEE!!!

Jeeeezus dude sounds awesome! Can’t wait to see you guys have in store for 2011! 2010 you guys gave us a lot to be grateful for in terms of the wealth of principles and information, 2011 is gonna blow our minds! Glad to see the training is going well man, good to see you back into training hard! Keep it up bro!

Its great to hear that your recovery is going on smoothly. Man you are one insane freak. All the best to you. Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us for 2011.

@Diluted56/prafull: Thanks guys!!! Yes indeed, 2011 will be a big turning point in my career, it’s so big I can almost touch it!!! In the mean time, Im still cruising thru my workouts, trying to maintain for now my 260lbs bodyweight, but with all the catching up to do with friends and familly, it’s a bit tougher!

No sweat though, it’s bound to happend from time to time during the year, either from excess load at work, family issues, health wise or any other personnal reasons…when it happens, don’t stress too much about it, try to make the best of every workout, focussing on intensity (I-Pod time!!!), making every rep count, no waste of time or energy, and you’ll see, you’ll be able to at least maintain your improvements and maybe even improve on certain area of your physique!!!

In the man time, stay focus and keep pushing hard guys!!!

Man, you’ve got some lofty goals. But I can tell that in 6 months time (or probably less) you are going to look ridiculous. It’s nice to be able to watch a (soon to be) pro go through the process. Adds some insight and motivation to what I’m doing.

I look forward to seeing your continued progress, Alex! Keep it up buddy. You’re very fortunate to be working so closely with Coach Thibs and boss man Tim Patterson!

@samson141: Yes indeed man, sky is the limit!!! Im not only striving to become a great bodybuilder, but an all arround athlete as well! I’ve been into sports all my life, and honnestly, I sometimes miss those days, where I could leap and jump like crazy, with explosive legs and calves, days when I could feel I had gas to cover step by step a wideout, or take the head off a quaterback, beat a huge offensive lineman by pure speed, or bull rush a quicker but smaller lineman, days where I could run up and down the court endlessly, when I would play both sides and excel at it…those days are way past now!!! But still, with the help of coach Thib’s, boss Tim Patterson and the hole Biotest crew, where gonna build piece by piece a super athlete, strong, quick, explosive, muscular, ripped, agile and most of all, functionnal!

2011 is my year…be aware!!!

@Eric Buratty: Yes man, veryyyyyyy lucky indeed!!! Im gracefull for everything that has happened to me so far, and Im looking forward to 2011!!!

Stay focus and keep pushing hard!!!
