My Left Shoe

Yes. Yes we are. Your point?

P.S. Front squats sound really fun.

ok… duno what its called… when u tap the top of someone elses beer bottle with the bottom of your own, and theirs fizzes all the fuck over…

first time i tried that i shattered their bottle, sliced open my hand. used superglue to hold it shut and kept drinkin…

pic reminded me of that.
Superglued it shut? What a trooper!

I also had this happen. I was drinking the longest long island ice teas I’ve ever seen at a burlesque show with my best friend. It was my second and I decided a toast over the awesomeness of our front row seats was in order. This ended up breaking my glass, and splattering everyone behind us. There was pretty much no way to blame it on anyone else either- we were the only ones sitting in the front. It was difficult to care, though, given the situation.
CBear84 wrote:

i did em with my arms crossed… cant imagine tryin to do em with my arms parallel. yikes!
um, yeah. I never really do front squats in the “correct” way of doing them. I would have carpel tunnel in like 2 seconds. It is all about the Zercher. Arms crossed across the chest. hell yes.

kimba- i never said nuts is a bad thing. apparently, im a magnet for ridiculousness, so im learning to roll with it. life will never be boring here in my bubble. (cant say “bubble” without hearing michael jacksons voice talking about his primate… ya, ok, so im nuts too.)

shauna- ive never REALLY trained front squats, so this will be an interesting month for me… jim said it didnt really matter if my arms were crossed, chris didnt comment, none of you seem to care… i just dont want to walk around doing something retarded if i can nip it in the bud.

i said nip.

no training today, work and house chores. those damn mail order elves are out of stock or something… i needs more lemurs to clean mah house and put away my laundry.

i hate putting away laundry. no other part of the process bothers me. but i’ll leave clothes in the basket until its time to wash again.

That is what the laundry basket is for. Clean clothes storage. Everybody knows that!

Yeah, it’s a bind. My flat is too small for a washing machine so I get a lady at the laundrette to service wash it all for me. She’ll wash it, dry it and fold it up, but I still have to lug it home and put it away. What I did last night, in fact.

I do that too. No shame in it.

raises hand

Me too.

so where do you train? I think I read somewhere you did some stuff with Westside?, but on the daily do you go to a fitness club (barf) or what? And who do you train with?

answers are demanded.

Stronghold- thanks for making an apperance. yay for the relevant.

MIM- srsly the more i talk about it the more people admit to it. wowser. easy to throw everything in the closet when company comes, tho.

shauna- so fucking demanding. i likes it.
i train at a YMCA, by myself usually, unless Chris is there… even then we train differently but we keep an eye on each other. for spotting and critique, of course.

WS is too far away for any kind of consistency… time and ga$ are a factor… when i have a grownup job and no school i’ll be able to make arrangements like that.

out of class early tonight, so a quick nap and then starting another 531…ohp.

Hi CBear

Long time fan… of your backside that is. I asked Santa this year to screw the home bench press set and instead to give me a backside like yours.

Oh and you’re log, awesome stuff.

Is this enough sucking up? Or do I need to get more brown stuff on my nose?

Easy tiger…I only started it last night. Geez… tough crowd. Is it because I’m an Aussie?

I’ll admit it, I’m piss ass weak and need some help. Any help will do. But at around post 999, I might get picky and want only certain people to post.

oh, I get it now…I have to kiss some cbear ass to get some love on my log?

I don’t know…would it be worth it?

Belini- nothing personal, i treat everyone this way.

Molly- hopefully soon! I didnt forget, i figured shauna meant on a regular basis. whoopsie!

MIM- popularity contest? I’ll try to catch up at work.
