My Latest Back Workout

yesterday night i tried meadows row for the first time. it was great.
then i decided to turn it into a meadows day so i continued with one arm barbell row.
i finished with old school corner t-bar rows.
it was a great workout. if you train in your basement or garage gym with limited equipment like me, you might want to give it a try.

meadows row 312 each arm
one barbell row 3
12 each arm
t-bar row 3*12, triple drop set after last main set

Anything from JM is solid fucking gold in my book. He’s like the Yoda of bodybuilding.

absolutely. Before John Meadows I had no rear delts.

i definitely love side lateral swings.
i superset them with full range of motion laterals.
it gave my delts a nice roundness.

When i worked out solely in my basement i did similar workouts just with some pullups as well and straight arm pulldown with a band. Great workouts. The meadows rows and 1 arm bb rows are great

i have a resistance band and rarely use it.
until now i never thought i could do straight arm pulldowns with it which by the way is one of the only exercises i deeply miss from my commercial gym days.
thanks !!
