Really? What’s the problem? The plates are 2" larger diameter meaning the bar will be 2" higher up your shins and not super close to your normal DL setup that you’re used to? Is that the problem?

Stand on a normal 45, and the bar will be right back where it’s supposed to be. Jeez man, this isn’t rocket science…isn’t college supposed to make you smarter?

No, total is 2" larger so the bar prob sits around an inch higher or so. DL day im gonna set up normal plates and mark on my shins where the top of the bar is, then compare with the bumpers. But its not THAT big of a deal, especially since im going to add in deficit DL’s. Just fucking annoying.

NOTES: Solid day. BB rows felt great and looked alot better. Having no chalk sucks even with straps. Used the oly platforms, pretty sweet. Plates seem a larger diameter…that could be bad…overall solid day and hitting chest tm!

Ok dude, don’t worry about it, and calm down. If it really bothers you, carry in a 1x8 piece of wood that you can stand on, and you’ll be perfect, haha. Or stand on 2 5’s next to each other. Problem solved
