NOTES: Weird on MP, had to drop the weight on the pins and nearly blacked out. Great PR on incline and every else felt great. Taking that oly platform test friday (bday luck!). Gotta DL, FS, overhead squat, clean n jerk and snatch. Ugh!

4 PR’s? Nice! were you holding your breath during the MP? Maybe that lead to the near black out? Glad you didnt pass out… that woulda sucked

Thats weird about the near black-out, I had a very similar thing happen to me doing military press last Monday.

I know I’m not the only one kinda hoping you DID black out and catch it on video…you know, for the lulz :wink:

NOTES: Zerchers felt pretty good, glad to get that PR of 5! Need to focus on getting the bar straight up, instead of my glutes shooting back some like they do. That is mostly messing with foot placement. Squats felt good, didnt really like how they looked, I had my PR in mind of 285x5 i wanted to get but the bars are oily and my hands were sliding out on the bar. Still hit a good PR. Tomorrow I take that test and will squat there with chalk from now on! Everything else was solid and felt great! Great session overall!

Congrats on the PRs man, way to make me feel like a vagina for getting pinned by 285 the other night. I’ll have my revenge!!!
