NOTES: Pretty good session, devil rows felt good. Had a couple more reps in me but my groin was achy so I wasnt going to push it. The strict db rows are killer, can really feel them! Multiple sets for the rest of the exercises and everything felt strong! Probably pull the sled in a little bit to get some blood flow in my legs.
So for a couple weeks I have this pain in my left forearm when Im benching. If my arm is out and my palm is facing upward, the pain is on the medial side. Im thinking its something with the wrist flexors, specifically the palmaris longus or something near that…anyone have any advice on what to do or have had this trouble? It flares up when Im doing barbell benching (specifically after i complete the rep, rack the bar and then proceed to ungrasp the bar it shoots pain) and barbell curls with both a straight bar and an ez bar. It does not bother me on other things such as military press or push press that I noticed.

As for the forearm pain…you’re not left handed are you?

Yeah ive been hitting it with the lax ball. Im going to really dig in with both the foam roller and lax ball for a good 15-20 min on it. I had joked about corn rows at one point and was going to do them but my friend who was going to do them for me decided they wanted money since it takes long lololol
NOTES: Sweet zercher PR! Biggest PR today was the beltless squat, really pumped about that! Back on 7/22 i hit 275x7 belted and just back on 7/4 i hit 275x5 belted so this is a BIG PR for me! Really pleased. RDLs were tough, going to back off the weight some cause I didnt like how they looked. That superset was killer, collapsed after the last superset lol. Going to start doing more weighted decline crunches, they felt great! Overall awesome training today!!
