NOTES: Awesome back day. Both the BB and DB rows felt awesome! Tbars I couldnt get my feet set right but whatever. Rack chins felt good, very controlled with a big stretch at the bottom. Shrugs were brutal with the big squeeze at the top. Overall great session!

NOTES: Basically an extension of yesterday session. Focused on a higher volume approach and it felt pretty good! Pullups felt awesome, I really focused on keeping constant tension on the lats. The other back stuff, with the exception of the HS High Rows are things I dont normally do. It was a nice change, I really liked the UH Machine Rows. Ab stuff felt good, finally figured out cable crunches and it hurt so good! Solid day overall, chest tomorrow!
